5 Days, 5 Looks Challenge: Day 3

November 12, 2014

So out of all the 5 looks, I have to admit that this look here is my favourite. I’ve never been a skirt kinda girl but I’ve slowly been embracing skirts into my closet. I designed this pencil skirt, bought the fabric and had my fundi make it for me. To be honest, when I first saw the skirt, I hated it. No, really. It was meant to have box pleats but there it was with it’s side pleats looking all fancy and stuff. But I began to warm up to it when even my friends wanted to order one from me and my mum wanted to steal it. And then the cherry on top was when I started this challenge and just tried it on just to see how it looks and it was perfect. In short, I’m in love with this skirt guys sand yes, I plan to wear it more often.

This would be a perfect work outfit and would be good to rock on any weekday. But it would be especially perfect for a Friday; you rock this during the day and for an evening with the girls or for dinner, you just remove the pencil skirt and throw on a leather jacket for a more casual look.
